Results published in The Advertiser, Saturday 7th October 2023 Public Notices.
Proceeds to Adelaide Croatia Soccer Club Inc.
Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to enter.
The management committee and any person involved in the conduct of the lottery are not permitted to enter.
Compulsory Third Party Insurance and 12 Months Registration (SA Plates) covers registraion in South Australia.
Interstate insurance, registration and stamp duty may vary.

Delivery

Adelaide Croatia Soccer Club / Croatian Sports Centre SA Inc. will aim to post all orders within the timeframe published within 1-5 business days.
Pre-order merchandise items will be shipped once production is complete and they are ready for shipping.
If your order includes pre-order merchandise items, then all of your order items will be shipped together in once parcel once the pre-order items are ready.


Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel your order AFTER you have 'checked out' of the shopping cart and paid for your purchase - you need to email us. CANCELLED purchases, already posted will need to be returned. On receipt of the non-damaged purchase we will contact you to refund monies on the purchase of the product ONLY. Packing and Postage costs will NOT be refunded.

NOTE: Lottery tickets purchased CAN NOT be cancelled or refunded.

Open and inspect all packages for damage immediately upon delivery.

If possible photograph the damaged purchase and save ALL delivery documentation.

What if I don't receive my Lottery tickets? Am I still in the Draw?

Yes, as soon as your payment is successful, your lottery tickets are allocated and you are in the draw.
Your lottery ticket numbers will be emailed to you for your reference.
So even if your actual paper tickets do not arrive for some reason - your ticket stubs are already in the draw.
All lottery winners will be notified by phone or email.


What happens in the event of non-delivery?
